Shaken knot stirred

I’m a bad omega
I was born with the ability to see auras, and I’ve been using my powers for evil, rather than good. It’s easy to con people, especially alphas, when you know exactly what they are feeling.
Auras don’t lie.
But I made a huge mistake and betrayed someone I loved and now I’m hiding out in a dive bar, popping suppressants and mixing cocktails that taste like people’s auras.
I stole a lot of money, and I do mean A LOT, from Port Haven’s scariest crime lord. And now he wants it back.
My karmic punishment?
Being scent matched to said crime lord.
Everything is on the line as I’m forced to battle wits with psychopaths, navigate the high-society matchmaking scene and fight for my life and my pack.
Between the Pages
Shaken Knot Stirred brings us to Port Haven! This is a shared-world Omegaverse. All of the books are interconnected standalones unless explicitly stated!
Moxie was a blast to write and finally gave me a chance to write about a one-night stand that was not a one-night stand in the end.
Everyone in this book is morally grey. Every decision balances self-interest and “is this going to fuck up my life?” And when you continue on to other Port Haven books, you might see these characters again!

Content Warnings
So, um, yeah, there are a lot of morally grey decisions going on here, including con games for profit, theft and, um, worse. There are situations where consent is not entirely clear. There is a lot of coercion. The FMC physically fights for her life and her pack. While there is no sexual violence on page, it is threatened and discussed. A punch is thrown between ex-lovers. There is some drama between siblings that includes taunts, insults and murder attempts. Moxie is a bartender. People drink and do drugs; substance abuse isn’t highlighted.
