As Justice cracks in the best possible way, all four of them discover that true intimacy means being brave enough to be vulnerable and completely messy.

When I wrote “the end” on Why Cruise, I knew the story wasn’t done. Well, Why Cruise was done, but I knew Justice had some things to sort out. I’m not sure I’m done with these characters now that Operation: CuddleDom is done either.

Please read Why Cruise before Operation: CuddleDom. This is a look into the happily ever after for the Twill Pack. Justice experienced significant childhood abuse that he is still dealing with. This book discusses some of that in the context of an adult processing that trauma. The abuse is not described in detail or explored in flashbacks. Mackenzie also experienced past relationship abuse. It’s discussed but not in detail. There is an act of violence that may be shocking, but it is not graphic. You could also make the case for dubious consent in one of the sex scenes; however, the characters would not describe it as such.
